The platform enables authorized field observers, accredited party agents, and citizens to access real-time polling unit transmission data, Form EC8A result sheet evidence, and verified field incident reports.

To provide election verification, telemetry, and secure platform functionality, Villahandle Global Ventures Limited collects the following types of information:

A. Personal Identification Data

When field personnel, polling officers, or observers register or access authorized portals (such as VTadmin or VTreport), we may collect full names, telephone numbers, user credentials, and assigned polling unit metadata.

B. Precise GPS Location Data

VoteTracker collects precise GPS location data when field personnel submit Form EC8A result sheets or log field incident reports. This location verification ensures result sheet photos and incident reports are captured directly at the designated geographical coordinates of the relevant polling unit. Location data is only recorded during active submission workflows.

C. Photos, Media & Camera Access

Our application requests camera and storage permissions to allow authorized users to photograph official Form EC8A result sheets and upload photo/video evidence of field incidents.

D. Technical & Device Telemetry

We automatically log IP addresses, browser types, device hardware models, operating system versions, and system timestamps for audit logging, anti-fraud verification, and DDoS prevention.

3. How We Use Collected Data

Villahandle Global Ventures Limited uses collected data strictly for the following purposes:

• To aggregate and present transparent, public election result data and statistical analysis.
• To verify the authenticity and location accuracy of submitted Form EC8A result sheet images.
